Are my files uploaded?
No. Converting happens in your browser on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server.
Why does my browser say it can't open HEIC?
HEIC is Apple's photo format. Safari on iPhone, iPad and Mac can open it; some other browsers cannot yet. On those, open this page in Safari, or use the A2Z Image Craft app.
How do I stop my iPhone saving HEIC?
Go to Settings > Camera > Formats and choose Most Compatible. New photos are then saved as JPG.
